I like the idea. Its something that well talk about for possible inclusion in the next release.
About adding instruments to the database. It would be a good except that wed end up with many versions of mispelled instrument names. that will make it impossible to find stems with that instrument unless you know all the ways that people misspell the name of the instrument. If you know of an instrument that isnt included in the DB.. Send a request and we'll verify the spelling and add it to the DB so its in there.
