The problem is as a result of a cable break near our data center.
Some of the links have been restored already. However, some customers may still experience slow connectivity to the Skyrove account manager.
Telkom engineers are attending to the problem.

Our data centre host (Hetzner) is experiencing packetloss and high latency in Cape Town. As a result, you will experience intermittent connectivity to some of our services.
Hetzner technicians are investigating the problem. We will keep you updated on further events.
