No longer in systray or Startup.

I have IE 8 and Xmarks suddenly has disappeared from my Systray-it's been there before with IE8. How do I restore it to my Startup Folder/systray ?
PS I find Xmarks very useful in synchronising bookmarks between my laptop and PC
