Stephanie replied on September 04, 2008 04:02 to the question "Project won't show under organization" in Zazengo:
Hi there,
I'm sorry that you are having these troubles.
I checked your LU organization and under Manage Organization > Edit (in your Organization Toolbar) it has checked "Approve project associations." This means that when a project associates with your organization, it needs to be approved.
I went ahead and approved it for you, so it appears now on your Organization's page.
I'll talk this over with our engineers and see how we can make this less confusing. I do know we should have at least have a notification saying a project is waiting for your approval.
I appreciate your patience while we work this out. Thanks for your help too - it's something we need to consider in more detail.

Hi there,
I'm sorry you are having this issue. We will work with our tech team to see how we can get this resolved. In the meantime, do you have Firefox?
This should work until we can get IE 6 and 7 working.
Here is a link if you don't have Firefox: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
Thanks!

Hi there,
Thanks for your patience. I've been able to recreate what you are experiencing with Internet Explorer 7.0. I'm going to have our guys get this fixed.
In the meantime, can you use FireFox?
Here is a link to download, if you don't already have it: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
Thanks and I'll let you know once we get this fixed for IE 7.0.
Best always,
Stephanie

Hi there,
Can you check which version of Internet Explorer you are using? Here is how to do this:
From the Internet Explorer toolbar, click Help, and then click About Internet Explorer. The version number is listed in the window that appears.
Thanks! This will help us figure out where the bug is happening.
Appreciate your help.

Hmm. I took a look at your account from the backend and can see your action items and they seem to be linking ok to your Project page. I'm able to see the incomplete and complete list.
Can you tell me what browser version you are using? Internet Explorer or Firefox? This may be a culprit.
Not sure if you know this, but you can also reach the Action List and Items via the Project details page. From your Dashboard, click the project title. Press "Project Details" in the blue header area. Then on the left side click "Action Lists."
You will see a list. Click a title and there will be the Action Items.
What you will see on your personal dashboard (YOU > Dashboard) are action items assigned to you that are not yet marked "Complete."
Not sure if that helps. But please send me what browser version you are using. This will help determine if we have a bug that needs fixing.
Thanks for your patience and help!
Best always,
Stephanie

Hi there,
I'm sorry you are having trouble accessing your Action Items. Can you let me know which project you are working on so I can take a closer look? I will also need your name that appears on Zazengo.
You can either post it here on this thread or email me directly at stephanie (at) zazengo (dot) com.
I did test the general functionality of the Action List / Action Items and I'm not able to repeat what you are experiencing.
Thanks and we'll get this figured out!

I would really, really love it if I could "set" which posts I want to appear in my active discussions widget. For example, we are a new start-up and would like to highlight certain topics such as "Getting Started," "Let us know what features you'd like to see," etc.
Maybe they could be topics we could "set" at the top (sticky type topics like on a forum) and in the drop down when you make the widget an option would be "featured topics."
Thanks!
