Hi Andrew,

These were copies of several public datasets I found via Finder. In looking again at the data publicly available in Finder, it looks like they are all overlays. Is it possible, then, to view several public datasets on one map? (ie: creating your own map with several layers of data from various public data in Finder)? If so, how? Perhaps by downloading the overlays, and then reuploading them as your own data?

Share link in My Layers (Finder!) are not working

When in My Layers (in Finder), I try to share the data so I can see it on my maps. (The layers I have were ones I found via Finder! so they are already public...) I click the share link anyway so I can put them on my map, and I am taken to the login page (I am already logged in because I was looking at my layers). I log in again and it redisplays the login page with a little note indicating I logged in successfully. The only way to get back to my layers is to click the Finder button, but in clicking that and seeing my layers again, they are still not shared. Clicking the share link just repeats this process.

The Details popup in Maker isn't closing

The Map Details popup is not closing... When I am in Maker! and click the Details button above my map, the popup for adding descriptions appears. I type a description and click Done, but nothing happens. I cannot close the window using the X button either. I can still type/edit text, but other than that, the popup in unresponsive and cannot close, thus not brining me back to my map (unless I use the browser's back button, in which case my details are lost).

I had the same confusion. Definitely adding it to the documentation would help. Even better, adding a tip on the upload page next to the private option or even greying out the option if you're not a GeoIQ user would be even more helpful.

The sign up link is not allowing new user creation... when you click sign up, it actually takes you to the sign in page. I've tried in FF and IE8, entering both through Finder! and Maker!
