Possibly Upgrade ChartsIt looks like you guys are using fusion charts? Anyways, another flash charting solution that integrates well with Rails is amcharts.com. I've messed around with pretty much all the different flash charts, and amcharts is the clear winner in my opinion. They just came out with a new type of chart (stock chart) that appears to be modeled after Google Finance's charts and does an awesome job of displaying data over time (I would love to be able to analyze my Rails apps with these types of charts). These charts would also do a good job of displaying some metadata. For example, I could tag a certain date with something like "Implemented memcached today."

Hi Stephen,
I've got some good news for you. The product already supports flexible time windows with respect to start/end time. It doesn't support flexible widths of the time window. For example, you can set a 3 hour width and then move the window to yesterday from 1-4pm. To move the window, click on the linked date just to the left of the clock in the time navigation area. This will allow you to set the end time. The begin time automatically is set based on the end time and the width of the time window.

Stephen asked a question in New Relic on July 23, 2008 21:00:
Flexible Date/Time RangesIs there currently a way to view stats over a flexible time/date range? If not, can this be added? It's fine if the range is still limited to 7 days or whatever is necessary.
Also, would it be possible to view some type of request log over the flexible range?

Stephen replied on May 30, 2008 20:19 to the problem "Progress Pictures" in Gyminee:
I just tested this out and it worked fine for me. Let me briefly describe the process to make sure that everyone is using this correctly:
After uploading the image, the window will show the message "Nice picture! You still need to review the image settings and click the save button." At this point the picture should be displayed where the upload controls were located. Under the image there are now controls for privacy, date taken, and description. That is also where you should see the "Looks Great! Save it." button which will complete the process of uploading your progress image.
Let us know if you are experiencing anything differently than what I described.

At this point in time, hiding your journal is not available. The settings only allow you to control who can and cannot post to your journal.
Your activity feed also cannot be hidden right now. However, feed items are not created for private goals and other items that you have set to be private elsewhere.
A comment on the discussion "New Website Design" in Gyminee:
"Another site" handles this by allowing you to select meal (drop down) and servings for each food entry when you edit it. – Daniel.hughes@usa.net, on May 29, 2008 16:12
