Problems with Chase.comWe are aware of the problem with Chase and our data provider is working to resolve. The guidance as of now is that it is complex and may take some time to fix but it will definitely be fixed. We'll post here when we have any updates to share. Sorry for the frustration this is causing.

ING is blocking all third parties at the moment due to apparent load issues on their side. This latest issue began about November 1. I have been in contact with ING and our data provider who is attempting on a workaround until ING allows access again. Stay tuned, we're doing all we can on our end.

We have enabled dynamic multi-factor authentication support for ING Direct. ING Direct is still blocking Mint most of the day and intermittently but we have seen some improvement in connectivity. We appreciate ING's stance and we understand their brand. We spoke with ING directly several weeks ago and we look forward to their read only PIN solution they are working on for third parties such as Mint.com.
