The main issue is that your typical website cannot have images embedded in it, while that's the status quo for a PDF. Thus, to recreate a PDF piecemeal in a wiki page would require an extraction of the charts as images.
So that's why Casey's way is best: copy all of the text first, then extract the charts as images, upload them, then insert them in the right place.
You can always upload the PDF itself and link to it if that's easier.

PBwiki cannot support the same formatting options available in a PDF file. There are also a wide number of options available when creating a PDF, including several types of restrictions on what can be selected or copied. Chances are, all you are gonna get is the text. If you'd like to post a link to the PDF file, I'll see if I can get anything else to copy out of it.

Steve asked a question in PBwiki on April 17, 2008 18:28:
How do I enter a formatted PDF page?I've got a big PDF document with pages that are all laid out in two columns and include several charts. I'm trying to bring it over to my wiki page-for-page. But, when I cut and paste each PDF page into the wiki, I get unformatted text only. No charts.
Has anyone figured out how to do this?
