Solved. Simply replace jotlyapp.com/ to jot.ly/

Sign up confirmation email link directs to a page load error
Browser can't connect to the server via the link that's emailed through during sign-up. I've copy / pasted in both Firefox and Safari and hit the same wall. Additionally (but probably because I can't reach the activation page) I can't log in via username or email.
