Steve Brown set one of Steve Brown's replies as an official response to "Facebook Help" in Snaptic Inc.
Steve Brown replied on August 31, 2009 04:08 to the question "Facebook Help" in Snaptic Inc.:
You can enter Share to Win by signing in to 3banana and creating a note. After you press Save, you can click Share below the note, and a menu opens up. Choose Facebook from the menu to post your note on Facebook. 3banana uses Facebook Connect, and Facebook will ask you to confirm the connection to 3banana. Alternatively, you also can copy the URL found in the Share menu below your note and post the link to Facebook, Twitter, or send it by email. The more people who sign in and comment on your note, the better chance your cause has of winning. You can find more details at http://3banana.com/corp/share-to-win

Steve Brown replied on July 31, 2009 20:55 to the question "Why are my tweets/#hashtags not showing up in search?" in Twitter:
Just when we start promoting Twitter as a transformative new addition to any conference or important discussion, making every event a multi-faceted conversation, we find that Twitter has muted many of the participants. This hidden censorship is extremely frustrating. For so many important public policy debates going on in Washington DC right now, the only channel for the rest of the country to participate is through the Twitter. We all understand, Twitter, that you need to find ways to contain hashtag spam, but please address this issue right away. There is no way Twitter can be relied on as a vital communication channel for public dialogue if you are arbitrarily or mysteriously censoring participants according to secret rules.
