CitiMortgage Loan Modification Paperwork lost as well
I am currently working with CitiMortgage for the Loan Modification Program. After numerous phone calls and faxes, CitiMortgage reports they have lost my Loan Modification paperwork. If anyone knows of someone to contact at CitiMortgage, I would greatly appreciate it. I have (3) persons I am attempting to get a hold of and waiting on return phone calls.

Hello Robin,

My name is Steve Hermann, I am having the exact same issue with CitiMortgage. Did you call 877-591-4752? If so, I have a few contact names, ask for Billy Walls, Jane Hernandez or Michael Bennett. Each of these persons work in the California office. I am awaiting a return phone call from one of them. I attempted to call today on 6/5/09 at 10am and I have been informed by Dave Torrez and Rod Harmon the computers are down. Michael Bennett's direct extension is 4101 at the above phone number. Possibly, he can help you as well. I am awaiting a return phone call from him, thus no help as yet. I wish you luck. Thank you - Steve
