Steve Jones replied on September 23, 2009 15:53 to the idea "Date Filter for Stats" in KB Productions:
Now that this has been implemented -- thank you! -- I have a question. As seen in the attached screenshot, the beginning date on the fuel economy graph is 4/20/07. I didn't even buy this app until this year, however, and the first fuel purchase I entered was was 4/20/2009 (NOT '07). I added a few oil changes and tire rotations dating back to 4/27/07, but they have nothing to do with fuel economy, which is what this chart is about. Since this graph is supposed to be limited to fuel economy, shouldn't the beginning date be the date of the first fuel purchase entered? I hope this makes sense.
Is this a bug?
This is a great app, and I appreciate how it's been improved with v1.3, but can this date irregularity issue be fixed?
Thank you!

What was Apple's reason for wanting Free Memory removed? What exactly is Apple's reason for wanting the Free memory function (and, presumably, all free-memory apps) deleted? (You didn't say, just that they demanded it be removed.) Did they tell you? Obviously they must have some reason, reasonable or not. I know this is not your fault, but that was the main reason I bought iStat in the first place, and the feature I used more than anything else. In fact, I've yet to use any of the other features; they were nice to have, just not particularly useful to me.
Thanks for adding the battery info. I was hoping you would eventually, but this is a big disappointment. Fortunately, although there may longer be free memory apps in the Apple Store, there appear to be a number of battery monitors. Again, I realize this was not your fault, but I -- and all you other customers, I'm guessing -- would like to know exactly WHY Apple wanted the Free Memory functionality removed. Would you please address this in more detail?
And I suspect when iPhone OS 4 comes out next year, it will no longer work with iStat 1.0. Until then, however, I guess I'll never upgrade iStat.
Thank you.

Deleting zerosIs there any way to remove unnecessary zeros from times? For instance, iDeskCal writes "01:00 p.m." Why not simply "1:00 p.m."? (I have 24-hour time turned off on both my Mac and in iDeskCal. I'm running OS X 10.5.7.) Thank you!

How many weeks of calendar shown on desktopIs it possible to limit how much calendar is shown in iDeskCal? I don't need to see the next four to five weeks. Can this be adjusted somehow? Thank you!
