Tried to comment this morning, and found that comments aren't enabled for my account. I don't remember doing anything that would warrant this, and I haven't received any word on why--what did I do?

I can't change my email account!

When I try to change my email address, twitter says it is already in use.
If I try to recover the password for that address, twitter doesn't send one.
