Steve McLeod replied on November 24, 2009 13:20 to the problem "Still Waiting..." in Poker Copilot:
Hi John,
Are you using Poker Copilot version 2.17? There were two updates announced on my blog, but they are not release ready.
If you are not using 2.17, please download it from here:
http://pokercopilot.com/download.html
Then please check that Poker Copilot is configured correctly for Full Tilt. Instructions follow:
Step 1: Follow the instructions here: http://pokercopilot.com/docs/fulltilt...
Step 2: Go to the Poker Copilot Preferences (in the "Poker Copilot" menu) and click on the plus sign. Find the folder with your hand histories from step 1, and add it to Poker Copilot. This folder is normally [your home folder]/Documents/HandHistory

Steve

I gave this a check and had no problem. Can you make sure that you've selected either "All Game Types" or "Cap No Limit Hold'em" from the Game Type filter?

Steve McLeod replied on November 21, 2009 18:41 to the question "How can I rewatch a whole tournament" in Poker Copilot:
Hi Gravasse,
We hope to add the ability to rewatch a whole tournament soon.
We'd love to make importing PokerStars tournament results easier, but currently PokerStars doesn't save this info automatically...

Steve

Hi Arthur,
Can you give me some info about your computer? What model Mac are you using?
Are there any errors from Poker Copilot in Mac OS X's Console? You can find Console using Finder in Applications -> Utilities. Or just type Console into Spotlight.

Steve

Afsheen,
You can use this query to find out your ITM %, first place %, second place %, third place %. It also shows the raw counts. It only includes tournaments for which you have already obtained results.
select
itm_count,
tournament_count,
first_count,
second_count,
third_count,
(itm_count*100/tournament_count) as itm_percentage,
(first_count*100/tournament_count) as first_place_percentage,
(second_count*100/tournament_count) as second_place_percentage,
(third_count*100/tournament_count) as third_place_percentage
from
(select count(*) as itm_count from tournament where herowinnings > 0),
(select count(*) as tournament_count from tournament where herowinnings is not null),
(select count(*) as first_count from tournament where heroranking = 1),
(select count(*) as second_count from tournament where heroranking = 2),
(select count(*) as third_count from tournament where heroranking = 3)

Hi John,
What problem specifically are you seeing?
Could you please send me a copy of the Poker Copilot console? To do this,
1) from Poker Copilot's "Tools" menu, select "Console...",
2) click "Copy to Clipboard". You can then paste it into an e-mail.
Regards,
Steve

Steve McLeod replied on November 13, 2009 17:15 to the problem "Unable to parse errors... please help!" in Poker Copilot:
Hi Francesco,
The only known problem of this type is for some PokerStars tournament summaries. Poker Copilot is somewhat zealous about getting things in the correct format, but for some tournament types PokerStars doesn't supply all the info.

Hi gml1983,
You should download the latest Poker Copilot version 2.17. You can download it here:

I think that will fix these issues.

There seems to be some intermittent problems with 2.18. I hope to have an update in the next few days that deals with these problems.
In the meantime you might want to go back to version 2.17, which is the current release version. You can get it here:
http://pokercopilot.com/download.html

Hi Dave,
Did you download from our website?
Are you using Poker Copilot 2.17?
If not, you should download this from
http://pokercopilot.com/download.html
If that doesn't help...can you try a "Force Quit" and start Poker Copilot again? Still got the problem?

Steve

Steve McLeod replied on November 11, 2009 19:50 to the question "stuck in play money mode" in Poker Copilot:
I don't know why this happened but I know the solution.
You should play one hand of play money. This will make the cash/play money toggle appear on the toolbar. Then you can switch out of play money mode.

Steve
