I get this exact same error when I try to manually set up my online banking account. I have used the same online banking information on Gnucash and it worked fine. I get this error every time I try to use the information to manually set up the account for online banking. I really don't think that the server is undergoing maintenance, etc because of the consistency of the error message. Oh yeah, I'm running Ubuntu 9.0.4.
