Sorry to say we don't have any plans on doing sub-categories. I think you should use tags to create these types of reports.

It sounds like using tags would be a big win for you. You are describing their function well. We are working on check printing now. We are also working on split transactions so you can do what you are describing with the expenses.

You can do this buy creating a template and adding the signature to the footer part of the template. You can even have multiple templates so you can choose which one you want to use.

You can find them under Settings >> Templates & Cloneables.

I've just been looking and rerunning the importer on your business, and it looks like we are retrieving the most recent data.

Sorry for these silly questions:

1. You only have one account importing, do you need to set up the importer for a second account?
2. Are you sure you have the right account importing?

There's a link at the top of each page so you can select a different business. When you log in, Less Accounting will take you to the last business you logged into by default.

You can currently add GST to line items in an invoice. We are adding support to record multiple expense categories per expense. That way you'll be able to break down an expense and record (and report) on GST or any other sales tax.
