I think I have the same question and it has not been answered.
I wanted to post a question about a feature offered by a company, but it was not in the list of services I could check off. What do I do when the list of "services" is incomplete? How do I add an item to the list? Am I supposes to just select the only item offered even if it seems irrelevant?-

Some users highlight lots of links and then the stickynotes get in the way of clicking on the links I want to use.
