    Mockup/Confluence doesn't edit when naming files with latin characters
    When saving mockup design, if latin characters (with accents "éãíê...") are used, page doesn't edit anymore.

    Instructions to accomplish this: In Confluence "Add UI Mockup", Add some elements to Drawing Area, Save and Close with unique id: "Mi casa sú casa", Save. Try to edit the mockup within page in confluence... All gets gray nothing happens.

    The URL generated by confluence:
    /plugins/servlet/mockups?do=edit&mockup=Mi%20casa%20sú%20casa&page=131076

    The attachments gets:
    mockup_Mi casa sú casa.bmml
    mockup_Mi casa sú casa.png
