its important that you put these issues straight into our help desk if you haven't already. zocku.com/help and click on the top block. that way you go straight to the investigation team and we can act upon it.
please help us to help you by submitting a ticket there. i will go and look into the tickets you have created and ask the investigation team to contact you from there.

hi einzi, sure you will have a stable environment. like you noticed, we are just doing some upgrades. regarding the widgets we really need to you to report the specific problems you are having to our help desk www.zocku.com/help and click on the top box. while you know the widgets are supplied by third parties, we are definately interested to hear you specific problems so we can take then up with the widget supplier.

sorry for my confusion. as a concierge customer the best way is use your concierge email so you go straight to your account manager. but if you did send anything to support@socialgo.com that won't be a problem as they will be redirected to your account manager.
if you want to be certain that we have your problems in the system, please feel free to resend them to the concierge email and i will personally follow then through.

my apologies, i did not realise you were a concierge customer. this is a seperate ticket system. if you submit these tickets to support@socialgo.com they will be re-allocated to concierge and dealt with accordingly. i will personally go and have a look at the tickets you submit and follow them through.
so there is no confusion, if you report a problem, we will investigate it within 1 working day of receiving your request and respond to you. our development team will schedule (this might take another few days) a date to fix the issue you have and we will advise you of that date. we will also confirm when the issue is fixed. I hope that makes things clear.

A comment on the problem "My website hacked?" in SocialGO:
Hi Christoforos,
I can assure you that we do care about our customers and in this case the problem only appeared an hour ago and has been fixed immediately.
I think part of your frustration may be coming from the fact that you are reporting bugs in this public Get Satisfaction forum. This is a forum for network owners to interact with each other and get best practises. It is NOT a place that we constantly monitor, so you will not get rapid answers to questions you put here. Instead, we have a fully manned 7 days a week help desk so that you can get rapid answers to your questions and any problems fixed. So please if you want help, you must go to the right pace to begin. You will find our help desk at socialgo.com/help, click on the top bar.
If you report a problem to our help desk, we will diagnose it straight away and then schedule a date for it to be fixed and advise you when we have that date. It all works very well if you follow the right process.
Also, please don't be mistaken that sending to same email to every socialgo email address you have will speed up your response. In fact it does the complete opposite, as we have to put that enquiry to the back of the queue while we go talk to all the people that you have sent emails to so we can eliminate the ensuing confusion this creates.

ok, understand. when the theme gets loaded you the default theme css (in advanced settings) gets turned off automatically. so when when you subsequently removed the theme you just see the raw website. If you remove the theme, you need to go into advanced settings and turn back on the default theme css. make sense?
