Thanks, Kat. That's what I suspected. Too bad, if Twitter did send out (optional) e-mail alerts, like Facebook, it would be a lot more useful.

Checking for a follow up, Navigating Twitter's help pages is not user friendly, took me quite a lot of time to find these "forums" again.
