I'm checking into it for you and should have an answer shortly from our folks in our CA office.
Since I have no records of other complaints on this title, can you check to see if there's a date in square [ ] brackets on the lower righthand corner of the copyright page and let me know what it is? That will help me track this print run. I'm hoping you just got a "renegade" copy.

Jason, I'm the manufacturing manager at O'Reilly. This is the first I've heard of a problem with this printing and appreciate your letting us know. It sounds like there was a missed signature on the bindery line but it certainly shouldn't have made it through the printer's quality checks. Since Chris has already been in touch about getting you a new copy, you should be all set. Best regards.

Sorry to hear about this but certainly appreciate letting us know. As manufacturing manager for O'Reilly, I hold our printers accountable for any and all printing errors that impact our customers. Yours is the first complaint I've heard on this title and I suspect you got a "make ready" copy that shouldn't have made it through their quality control. I see that Chris Olsen has already offered you a replacement copy, so you should be all set. Best regards.
