Incorrect tag in final email messed up the mailer but preview showed ok

We just sent a list out and it had it do a proper Hi (Name) on the top of the body. When it sent the emails, it retained the %Subscriber: Custom Field tag.

Really disappointed with this bug; since in the Preview it worked just fine.

Our DNS host, DNSMadeEasy encloses each word with a quote automatically. Do you have an alternative to a way I can type this in?

Also, why do you think the Domain Keys is not registering?

Still waiting for the Domains Keys and Sender ID to be verified. All email instructions were followed.

There is no tag button incase of importing the HTML file from the web server. Also, are the Help links down or not available?

I have emailed the domains that need to be authenticated

1. SenderID and DomainKeys still say unverified when everything has been setup properly in the DNSMadeEasy configurations
2. Most help files do not work (http://sendloop.com/help/campaign-man...) - Just shows the title and nothing else. How are you supposed to put in the Unsubscribe link when no help is available
3. Credit not updated after paying Paypal. We now have to wait to send a campaign till this is resolved
