thanks for responding to my question.
Unfortunately i couldnt access it with sunitablogs id. the other sunabc, i forget the login information.
i am able to login into id using sunitablogs@yahoo.com email id but when i click on install it says blog already registered.
in wordpress when i login with sunitablogs it says, Error you are not the admin of this of this account
is there a way to reset everything ie anything associated with url sunitablogs.com to be wiped clean so that i can restart the process

last night i was able to import comments thru wordpress dashboard but when i click on comments it says 'You are not the owner of this account' i have tried with all the user_id's that i used in the past but everytime it says 'you are not the admin'.
if i try to install it from ID site, it says blog already registered.
right now i have deactivated ID comments

Clearid.php not workingI have reported this issue several times, everytime i get an automated answer from the support. I am stuck with 'blog already registered' error. After i ran the clearid.php and having logged into to my id account, when i click on 'Comments' it says 'you dont own that blog' please use the login to that account that owns the blog.
I am not sure which account owns the blog.I have tried all the logins that i used in the past to make it work, but it does'nt seem to work for neither of them
I tried installing my blog from ID account but get the same 'blog already registered' error.
I have also noticed that when the import comments starts running, it shows '7152' comments.
when infact there are 22000 comments currently on my blog.

I have over 22000 comments and previously have been unsuccessful in importing them 100%. Would appreciate if you could help me in this

Error while importing wordpressI tried importing wordpress into ID 5 times in the last 15 hrs but keeps erroring out during import with the following message
"Import in progress...
An importing error occured. Please contact us to get help!
Please note: While comments are being imported you might notice some of your comments appear to be missing from the IntenseDebate comment system. Don't worry though, your comments will be back as soon as they are imported.
The process usually takes a few hours or less, but times may vary depending on how many comments you're importing. Feel free to go about your business in the mean time. You'll be notified via email when the import is complete.
If you're experiencing importing problems you can try to restart the import process to see if that fixes it."
My first import got stuck at 19%, second 30%, third 60%, fourth 12%.
Strangely, though i got several emails during import that my import has completed.

Other issues i have noticed...
- In wordpress i no longer see EDIT button under 'Manage Comments'
the ones that i see are unapprove,spam,delete,reply
