On all the books I have subscribed to, I click on the i-tunes button and nothing happens. Should something happen? I would prefer to download episodes directly, because I absolutely abhor i-tunes! In fact, i-tunes is the reason I do NOT own an iPod. I-tunes is installed on my computer, but I haven't accessed it in probably a year or longer.

I also do NOT like having to sign up with "get satifaction" just to leave an email about a problem. :( THAT aspect will have me NOT recommending this site to other people.

Oh, great! And NOW I disciver that what I THOUGHT was a private mail to the company I now see it is made PUBLIC, too! This is UNACCEPTABLE! My questions are for the privacy of the company and myself, not for other eyes to be reading since it does not concern anyone else except podiocasts.com and myself.

Definitely will NOT recommend this site to ANYONE who values their privacy!
