Yep, I've had email notifications when people have commented or whatever, so the address must in there somewhere.

Serves me right for not remembering my password, eh?! ;)

I can't remember my password and the site doesn't recognise the email address I signed up with so I can't get a reminder or change the password.

I went to 'Help' on Twitter, then submitted a request that the spammy follower I couldn't get rid of was removed. After probably a couple of hours or so, it had gone.

So, 'Help', 'Submit a request' should do it!

Same again. I blocked TravelForCheap but they're still appearing in my Followers list. I tried unblocking, then blocking again but no joy - still there.
