Are the user_timeline RSS feeds rate-limited too?
After hitting the rate limit, instead of hitting the Twitter API to get messages, we thought it would be a good idea to get it from the RSS feed instead.

After some time, we stopped getting data from the RSS feeds too.

So, are the RSS feeds rate limited too? Should we consider sending a request for white-listing?
