Curious, I was supposed that getting up a support page means to promptly answer your reply and feedback, I see posts that are 30 days old - like this one - and have not even a reply.

So, where's the support ? Does other users think this app worth paying for it ? Please advice. Appreciate it.

I was thinking to buy it but I'll look for some other solution.
Jing Pro looks reliable and it worked for me previously so I'll most probable look into it again.

Omfg, this problem was reported 3 months ago and still no response to it. Hahahahahha. Awesome freakin' support

Mark - as you can see one post below yours Jeff just posted that at the moment ExpanDrive doesn't support FTP but only SFTP.

I am looking forward for this FTP support as well as many users I guess ;)

Jeff - I was remembered that SFTP Drive for windows supported both FTP and SFTP, thought ExpanDrive uses same both protocols.
