I definitely agree! Makes it really hard to simulate interaction when common pieces seem to be jumping around.

Tag Cloud across Mock-ups
Love the tag cloud but one problem. It seems to re-generate itself every time the mock-up containing it is displayed - if I switch to a different mock-up and then come back to that mock-up (not open-close, just switching tabs), the tag cloud is rendered differently. I wouldn't mind this, except that I'm using the same cloud in multiple mock-ups which represent the same page. Can't get the tag cloud to render the same on all pages.

Blue link arrow is showing up in exported PNG
I recently installed 1.6.19. Now, when I export a mock-up that has links, the blue link arrow actually shows up in the resulting PNG file. Is there a way to turn this off?
