Lynn, I love the convenience of ordering on the internet but it's faceless and doesn't always have the information the customer needs. It makes it a little scary to order a new product. Your customer service has really solved those problems. It was welcoming, courteous and helpful. I never felt rushed or as though I was wasting his time. It was great and I have every confidence that the product will live up to the service. Its a nice way to start doing business with a company. WoW - Innovative product and superior customer service!!I love this company. Their bed products are unique. Imagine a Murphy-style bed that doesn't need assembly or installation. (Thats the Fu-Chest) Or a fold up bed with a variety of mattresses to choose from But my favorite was the Stowaway. An innerspring mattress and foundation that tips up on end and can go into a closet. Perfect for guests. But that's not even the best part. I talked to Blaine who explained all the different mattress types, called me back to let me know when my purchase would arrive and called me back again to check and make sure I wanted a very firm mattress. (It was like having a family member shop for me. ) Innovative products with superior customer service. Hard combination to beat.
