If you have a little PHP (or similar programming language) savvy, you could presumably use the API ( http://api.pbwiki.com ) to copy the contents of one wiki to another pro grammatically. If your wiki is really that large, it may be worthwhile to look into getting someone to do that for you.

Currently, this isn't something you can do with the click of a button, you have to copy and paste the contents of each page individually. However, this may be something we do in the future, so keep your eyes open!
