However you might want to have non-contacts to be able to contact you, even if you set the privacy settings for your email address to 'Contacts only'.
Having non-contacts contact you could be done through a contact form, or by exposing your email address publicly (but encrypted). None of these options is currently available, which I think is a missed chance... – sven, on October 12, 2008 03:23 -

MSN Messenger is a quite commonly used service in my region, so would be nice to add this!
