I get the same problem basically. We open itunes, and get a warning message: the registry serting used vby the itunes drivers for importing and burning cde's and dvd's are missing. This can happen as a result of installing other cd burning software. Please reinstall itunes. We've uninstalled, reinstalled etcc. and no improvement. We can burn and import in Windows Media Player, but not itunes which we have made our default audio player. We can play our songs, but it won't recognize our cd and dvd players. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Sylvia Mangan, on October 29, 2009 16:37
