What kind of photo integration are you talking about? Is it integration as in photo links (from like Twitpic) automatically load in the Tweet itself (sort of like MMS)?
Or do you mean integration as in you can use Tweed to submit pictures to any of the services you mentioned?
I personally would like both. =P

Syphon replied on December 21, 2008 21:51 to the problem "twhirl 0.8.7-linux now broken due to Adobe Air 1.5 linux self upgrade" in Seesmic:
The problem seemed to have fixed by removing the traces for AIR & Twhirl from these directories & using these terminal commands:
1) I uninstalled Twhirl using this command:
sudo dpkg -S /opt/*
It gave me a list of installed AIR apps. I'm not sure if they're all the same on each system, but my result was:
adobeair1.0: /opt/Adobe AIR
de.makesoft.twhirl.0ea062bc275e7ed1e6ec3762effd73c7158adf33.1: /opt/twhirl
2) Using the results the terminal gave me, I entered the command:
sudo dpkg -P de.makesoft.twhirl.0ea062bc275e7ed1e6ec3762effd73c7158adf33.1
3) I uninstalled AIR from the option located under "Applications > Accessories > Adobe AIR Uninstaller"
4) Once that was done, I went back to terminal & entered these commands in order:
rm -rf /opt/Adobe\ AIR
rm -rf $HOME/.adobe $HOME/.macromedia
sudo rm -rf /root/.adobe /root/.macromedia
5) I went to my HOME folder (Places > Home Folder) & unhid the files & folders (CTRL+H)
6) I navigated to the "./appdata" folder. In here I deleted these 2 folders:
"Adobe" & "de.makesoft.twhirl.0EA062BC275E7ED1E6EC3762EFFD73C7158ADF33.1"
7) Once that was done, I installed Adobe AIR 1.5 & then Twhirl 0.8.7 (the regular one, not the 0.8.7-linux version). The Twhirl app is now working fine.

Ok, so I am having a similar issue. I upgraded Adobe AIR Linux to 1.5 earlier today. I removed Twhirl 0.8.7-linux to install the regular 0.8.7 (because I assumed 0.8.7-linux was coded for AIR 1.1).
Now Twhirl is acting up royally on my Ubuntu Linux system. AIR is version 1.5, Twhirl is 0.8.7. Everytime I booted the program, it would ask for my Twitter password, even though I marked "remember". When I go to the "accounts" settings, my Twitter name isn't available. The only way I can see it is if I add another account. But then I cannot delete either accounts!
Now when I start Twhirl, it asks me to choose an account...But none are viewable. I have to type in my Twitter name as if I am adding it, just so my accounts can be available.
I tried uninstalling AIR 1.5 & Twhirl. I followed the steps provided in the link that Mr. Adams posted in his first post. Those instructions didn't help resolve the issue. I tried looking for the file(s) that contain the settings for Twhirl, but I couldn't obtain them. I was planning on deleting it, to see if the program goes back to default.
