    No help from Facebook At ALL/Deleted emails/Invalid Emails/ Can't login
    I can't not login to my profile for two months now.
    What I can remember is that I deleted my emails thinking that this will hide them from my profile. (I don't know what I was thinking... prob. a brain fart or something) Then I logged off. (Bad mistake) I try to log in again and my password isn't working. Well then I tried to do the reset my password link. It gave me the "your email is Invalid" message.
    (What!!! I've used this email for yeeeeeeears... way before facebook existed. It was the email I used to log in at Facebook ever since I opened the account.) Then I tried the old college email to see if that worked, (my second email on the account that I deleted)... invalid as well.

    Deleted emails = Invalid emails=no possible access unless someone from the inside actually helps.

    I've reported this through the "help" center almost daily in every category that deals with login, deleted emails, and some other random ones. I've emailed every legit general facebook email that I could find on the internet and almost daily. I've called the company itself. When I got a human voice I got a very RUDE person who sent me to the automated voice thing telling me to go to the help center online. (WTF... I just said I've been to the help center daily and no one is getting back with me.) I've contacted them through my husbands account to tell them what's going on.
    I also went one step further and mailed a hard copy of a letter through federal mail to the company. No response back on any of it at all to tell me what's going on. No help. Nothing.

    I have been Polite, Courteous, and Very Patient.
    This is completely, utterly, ridiculous!!!!

    Is there anything else I can do or is there anyone who can help me???

    I really don't want to create a new profile and besides it's against their rules, which prob. make troubles for my new one.

    Side note: Whats even worse is that an old best friend just contacted me who I've been trying to find for years. Found out that she's been on an organ waiting list for 3yrs and I didn't even get to ask her for her other info before this happened. Nice Facebook for not helping me.. real nice.

    Um yeeeeah... it's been over a month and a half. I am patient, kind and courteous. I've emailed, done the help center thing daily. I've even called and written a hard copy letter to them through federal mail. They still don't get back to me at all. It's now gotten to ridiculous. – SZK, on November 10, 2009 08:24
