Tagging users in Facebook Status Update from Ping.fm?

Using Ping.fm (that posts to Facebook as a Status Message) - how do I TAG a user within the post (FB status message) - similar to entering the @ symbol and picking a Friend's name from within FB? (This creates a direct link to the user's profile as well)

Constant "Bandwidth too low!"

I am constantly getting "Bandwidth too low!" from Grooveshark. From the same PC and connection, Pandora and Last.FM work fine - no buffering/stuttering problems. When will this get fixed? It's been this way for at least a few weeks.

Actually - I think they fixed it soon after I reported it - I do not get it in my notes anymore.

I posted to Ping.fm via cell phone - the post onto Facebook got cut off after (and including) the '<' character - did it think it was an HTML tag? The part of the string included "(<50" and Facebook's status ended at '('.

My Ping.fm settings for Blogger is set for Status updates only. But it is always adding a Blog entry. First of all, whats the difference between the 3 settings:
Status updates
Micro-blogging
Blogging
and 2nd of all - why is my setting also entering a Blog entry for each post? I only want it to change my status - and not create a Blog entry.

Whenever I try to update my status on Facebook using Ping.fm (via IM or SMS) - it also adds a Notes entry - which is annoying! Any way I can turn off it adding a Notes entry, and ONLY update the status?
