There are three ways you can join a live community call. First is, Through TalkShoe Live Pro. Second, Through TalkShoe Live Web Client and Third is, Through the phone.
Through TalkShoe Live Pro
1. Go to the Call Series page of the community call you want to join
2. Click the big button that reads, "TalkShoe Live Pro with Shoe Phone!"
With TalkShoe live pro, you are able to join the chat and call in with out needing to use anything else, but Shoe Phone requires a Headset.
Through TalkShoe Live Web Client
1. Go to the Call Series page or the Live Now page.
2. If on the Live Now page, click "Join In" next to the call description or if on call series page, click "TalkShoe Live! Join In" which is right above the Pro Version button
With this option you only have the Chat and listening player.. No Shoe Phone. You'll need to use a VoIP service or Telephone.
Using a Phone to Call In
1. Dial 1-724-444-7444 or 66.212.134.192 on VoIP.
2. Enter Call ID
3. Enter PIN or 1# for Anonymous

During the Community Call creation process, you will be asked when you want your Community Call episode to begin (date, time). You can also have your Community Call start Right Now. You can change the time/date of your episode using the Update button next to the episode name.
In order schedule an episode, you will need to be on your Call Series page.
1. Go to myTalkShoe.
2. Click your Community Call.
3. Click Schedule Episode.
4. Fill out the form and submit.
5. Your episode has been scheduled.
If you for some reason need to re-schedule an episode, you will need to update an episode.
1. Go to myTalkShoe.
2. Click your Community Call.
3. Click "Update" for that scheduled episode.
4. Re-Schedule to the correct time and date you want it re-scheduled to.

No, no equipment is needed to run a Community Call. Please note that if you want to run ("Host") your own Community Call or participate in one as a talker, you will also need a telephone. You may use a regular phone, a cell phone, or a Voice over IP (VoIP) phone.

If you would like to update information of a Community Call, you will need to get to the Call Series page.
1. Go to myTalkShoe
2. Click on Your Community Call
3. Click the Update Button
4. Update what you need to update, such as your description, mute on entry settings or show rating (A,PC,EX). Just to name a few of the things you can update.
If you would like to update an episode description of a pre-recorded episode, you will need to go to the Call Series Page.
1. Go to myTalkShoe
2. Click on Your Community Call
3. Click Update next to the episode that needs to be updated.
4. Change the description of the episode
To update the information such as Scheduled time, date or description, you will need to be on the Call Series page as well.
1. Go to myTalkShoe
2. Click on Your Community Call
3. Click Update next to the scheduled episode that needs to be updated.
4. Change the description or scheduled time or date of the episode
