I'm also experiencing this problem. I use a logitech E2500. Do I need to send a video or have you guys sorted this out?

Thanks a lot. I checked my Paypal account and the payment was refunded. Never seen such a quick response and solution from any customer service. Well done.

Tried to complete the purchase again, was redirected to Moo with this message: Unable to complete transaction using PayPal. Please use the other payment method.

I have no problem with that, I just need to be assured I was not billed (possibly twice) through Paypal. Paypal only notes the first transaction/payment as being completed, as though the second one didn't happen. Can you confirm I won't be billed at all?

Edit: I've managed to complete the via paying directly to moo. Still waiting on your confirmation regarding Paypal billing.

Hello.

I've just placed an order for 100 minicards. After confirming my Paypal info, I was not successfully brought back to Moo.com to finalize the purchase. My Paypal info confirms and order has been placed, and money has been sent, yet your site still lists my order in my cart, as unsent. Please advise ASAP. I do not want to get billed for nothing.

As far as I can tell, it's only the name of the day that appears on past messages. רביעי becomes יעיבר
