I agree completely. My bill was due today 8/11. I called to make a payment arrangement until 9/4 and I was told my service would be suspended and a $20 service fee would be added to each line on my family plan ($60). Needless to say I am furious. This company sucks. Not only is the service poor (loss of signal) the lack of customer service is awful. Perhaps they should fire all of the customer service reps and financial counselors and restaff with unemployed people praying for a job. Then maybe the reps would provide service with a smile and go above and beyond to assist the customer. After all if the customers closed their accounts and/or opted to switch their service the company would decrease their overhead (downsize or layoff).

T-MOBILE ...Poor Servce, Phones, & Customer Care,I established my t-mobile family plan in Jan 09. I have called to make an arrangement on my bill as it is due today (8/11). I need the extention until Sept 4. I was told my service would be disconnected if I didn't make a payment on my CURRENT bill in seven days. In addition, I would be charged $20 for each line on my account.
WHAT A RIP OFF!!!
I asked the Financial Counselor, Dominick to escalate my call to a supervisor several times. He finally told me the supervisor (Cecil) was on his break and he would return my call in 15 minutes. Well 15 minutes later I was still awaiting a call from the supervisor.
I should have changed my carrier when I had the chance. Now I stuck in a 2 year contract with a HORRIBLE CARRIER, with POOR service, customer care, and OUTRAGEOUS FEES.
STAY AWAY FROM TMOBILE!!!!
THE SERVICE SUCKS!!!
PHONES ARE TERRIBLE AND THEY ARE TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE POOR QUALITY !!!
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT!!!
LOCATIONS ARE ALWAYS CROWDED AND THE REPS ARE RUDE!!!
