We have formed partnerships with all of the major U.S. carriers, excluding Bluegrass and other smaller regional carriers.

No worries though, Tatango is going international in about 8 weeks so be prepared! "Tatango 3.0" will be more web-based than the current service, allowing our users to interact as more of a community. Hope to have you onboard come June!

Your members can simply join your group by texting your Group Keyword to 68398 (see Invite Members). They do not need to receive a text message first, or register anywhere.

Yes, we will be going international in about two months when Tatango 3.0 launches! Our service will be more web-based with a whole new look and feel to it.

We are not looking to launch an affiliate plan, especially now that Tatango is transforming into more of an interactive community which will be able to grow on its own.

The reason we can not allow our users to bulk upload phone numbers is because of the SPAM abuse that would result. FCC and MAA regulations also prevent us from offering such a feature.

The solution is very simple - invite your members to join your Tatango group through email, keyword, and social networks!

FCC regulations and the SPAM that would ensue, prevent us from allowing direct uploads. We do not want any Tatango users to be receiving unwanted text messages. The solution - inviting your members through email, keyword, and social networks! Thanks for your suggestion.

The reason you cannot edit your members' contact info is because they have opted in to our terms in agreement and have an account with Tatango once they join a Tatango group. Their info is stored the way it is entered into our database and cannot be edited on the group administrator side.

**You can edit a person's info who joined via keyword UNTIL they login to Tatango.com.

We use "reply N" to monitor those who are abusing our service. If someone is sending out Text Invites to people who do not even know the administrator, we need to be able to disabled that function immediately to prevent further SPAM from being sent out.

With any useful tool, there are going to be negatives that go along with it. This is the most appropriate way for Text Invites to function. I apologize for any inconvenience.

When your members receive your voice message, they will simply hear a 9 second ad before they listen to your voice recording.

When you are on the Email Invite screen, you will see a "Preview/Customize" link right to the left of the "Send Email Invites" button.

You will then be able to customize and add text to the Email Invite.

Do you think this link does not stand out enough? Please let me know - we are always looking to improve the flow and functionality of the website.

Text RESTART to 68398. This will refresh your chain of messaging. Sometimes the "*" text-in can skew your "#" text-in chain.

After you RESTART, try sending a group message and let me know if that solves the problem!

Give it a shot now. 4info, our advertising aggregator was making modifications to commands over the weekend.

I apologize for the inconvience. Texting from your mobile should work perfectly normal now.

We need to stay focused on our niche, which is MOBILE group communication. Thanks for the idea, but we do not want to spread our service too thin. Our assumption is that almost EVERYONE has a mobile phone today.
