This answer is YES! To edit your contacts so that they are Last Name, First Name -- just click on the Contacts tab, select a contact, click edit, and cut and paste the person's last name so that it appears before the person's first name.

Your contacts are automatically sorted alphabetically, as long as they are uploaded together. Contacts that are added to your group later, currently show up at the bottom of that alphabetically ordered list.

You bring up a very good question that needs to be addressed. I will bring this issue up with the team. We need a sort function that allows you to organize your Contact list a number of different ways.
