Have my Account been discontinued

I have brought a new hard drive. I have Broughta new Vista license. I have Tried To load Flypaper.
I am trying to connect. I can not connect. Have My account been discontinued? Will anyone reply to my issues? I would like to thank you for letting me play with this software. I purchased this software only a few months ago.

Need To Be Able to Close a Project Successfully

what have i done wrong i do not get to play with my software to often i save my projects. When I try to get busy with my software it does not work. I am getting 404 eroors My software is not loading. I have done some of the fixes you have said to do. Once you use those solutions one time. When you start over after the program freezes. I ahne tried to start over now the program will not reload. WOW, I have tried to log in It says my pasword i am not recognized so i said i have forgot it lets me go and renew the password the email address responds to the mail request but the password still have not let me log in. What have I done wrong this time. I do not have time to complete the project the same session I play. I need to be able to think apply save and the rebuild please help me to complete my projects when i do have the oppportunity to play. Thank you in advance

can i upload these story to my website? My stories wil not play in my browser. i have saved my story in all formats. what am i doing wrong.I am assuming my folder has all element in them. i have used the popup feature also.

i am having to start my project over and over again. I can't not see my project in my web browser. what am i doing wrong. when i first purchase everything ran and was very dependable. I am being ask to close the program and that what i have done might be lost WOW what am i doing wrong
