This problem affected a handful of members recently due to a bug in the database. Our developers repaired the bug, insuring that friend requests can no longer get "stuck," but don't have the time right now to go in to each of the affected accounts and remove the errant request(s).

Although PMs are a little sluggish today because of demand on our mail servers following our "Goodies" message to the membership this is a temporary slowdown and will resolve shortly. Other than that you should not be experiencing issues with outgoing or incoming messages.

Thanks for your alert. We bring new mail extensions into compatibility as quickly as possible but it may take awhile as we have other development priorities and very few users are on ymail.com at this point.

In this case a member who was admin for several groups left TeeBeeDee (at his request) and for his own reasons changed the names of his groups and their descriptions. Depending on their membership and activity we will either take these "orphan" groups down or find new admins for each.

You can search all Q&A on TeeBeeDee by clicking on that link in the feature on the site's front page. Or if you know the name of the member whose questions you want to see just visit his or her profile, click on "Activity" and then on "Questions/Answers." You can also set author alerts for those members whose posts you want to follow.

Leaving a group is easy...from your profile page, under "Activity," click on "Groups." When the list of your groups appears click on "Leave Group" to the right of the group name. This removes the group from your profile, and you are a member of that group.

A Q&A functions differently than a discussion, where the author can add as many posts as she likes. With Q&A, the author cannot "answer" her own question (and as you've seen other members can add multiple responses).
