Yeah, I think that many of us are getting frustrated with the DVR shortcomings. I can see that a Comcast Rep has stated he has seen the new features of the DVR, but when are we going to get a release date for these updates? Can a Comcast Rep at least give us an expected time frame for when we will see these changes? Not knowing this type of information makes me want to cancel my service because I feel that Comcast leaves us out of the loop and just drags us along for a ride. Comcast, can we please get some feedback?
