I read that you send my skype name to the person who diagnose problems like mine, but I've never got in touch; I was waiting for a contact, because I have not skype name or mail address of this responsible.
Should I still wait? or please will you give me the contact?

Iread it, but it seems to be quite useless.
we are all using windows xp firewall, but skype is already on expception list...

Skype is already an exception in windows firewall so it's likely not a firewall problem.

Well, I don't think it's a firewall problem.
I thought it could be because all computers in the net are using the same modem to connect to the web (we're all in the same factory).
Maybe this can be? Is it a known bug?

Good morning.
We have made a Skype Business control panel for 6 people.
Even if we are all connected, we can't see each other.
If we start a chat or a call, the contact name become online (the green icon appears), but in a few time it goes offline on my contact list, even if the contact remains online.
How can we resolve this?
