The FCC Can Suck Comcast's Net Neutrality for Peer to Peer
Comcast continues to block or vastly slow down P2P networks in violation of the Net Neutrality Rules. This continues to be a voilation of the FCC's request for it to stop.

I just mailed out my dispute letter for the same issue. In the 2 years that I was a customer, I NEVER had a month without some kind of bogus charge on my bill.
