Allow the user to use the "Open in New Window or Tab" option when trying to RT or REPLY vs taking us to the 404 Error - Fowl Not Found page. This will help those who are trying to cycle through old messages as it doesn't refresh the page, putting them back at the newest tweet.

Designate delivery times on RSS Feeds

I'd like to be able to have RSS feeds set up, but schedule them to go out when I want (like pending tweets) vs automatically. This will stop them from going out at hours when you're not even awake.

This is the exactly what I'd like to see (it does it for replies too), and I was getting ready to post feedback requesting this capability. When I play catch-up, I hate that the screen refreshes and then I have to scroll through again. This is one of the other reasons I use TweetDeck as it allows me to control the position/place I'm at which helps when you've got a lot of followers and want to engage.

Please implement this sooner than later!

This is one of the reasons I split my use between HootSuite and TweetDeck. It's more efficient to be able to keep up with your groups of followers, so you can "see" them in the sea of tweets coming through.
