Thank you for the help mdy. I did send in a request, I did however fail to place in the username. I did receive receipt however that that request was confirmed.

I did what you suggested, for resending the email if the account was made with a corporate email. It said that it sent information to reset the password, I don't know however what email it was sent to. Is there anyway to figure that out?

Have the same problem. I work for a ministry that has people coming in and out; someone made us a Twitter account but did not leave any documentation of the log in information. We would now like to use the account but we don't know the information to log in.

I work with a company who created a Twitter account a few months ago. The person who created the account is no longer with us and we have no clue what the email was. We have the Twitter url, we just don't know how to log into it. Is there any way we can be given the email so that we can log into the account?

Having problems setting up Twitter on my cell. I keep placing in my number with the country code and then send the verification code to the US short code. But I get nothing back in return.
