This is true, but it has to be done on a case-by case basis. I recommend emailing support if you need us to do something like that, so that we can feel safe on our side that we aren't giving some spammer carte blanche to upload files that are going to be used to hurt others.

That's an awesome workaround though. It's pretty facepalm-level simplicity, and I wish I'd thought of it. Just don't tell everyone, or they'll fix the spam filters :)

It's not spam (UCE). This happens because PBwiki does not allow files with certain names to be uploaded (regardless of premium status). If it continues to happen, just rename the file as a .jpg file, upload it, and rename it after uploading.

Paul, the programmers can reset the timer manually for any given wiki. I've seen it done in the past. They can also disable the "spam" filter on file uploads for "trusted" wikis if they choose to do so.

Alright, upon further investigation I've learned that our spam filters are set to automatically release your PBwiki within 20 minutes.

If others get flagged, please wait atleast 20 minutes before contacting support - there's nothing we can really do until that much time passes anyways. :)

just got back on my wiki, after an awesome Webinar, and got this message.
File uploads are temporarily offline: Your IP address has been temporarily suspended because PBwiki's automated spam filter flagged recent activity. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
Help ! ! ! !

I think a wizard would assist greatly. I am not a web designer, and don't have time to learn the scripting to get the effects I want. Started Wiki 2 weeks ago (and my first). though I have found the information, still don't understand how to add additional side bars, create a page for threads w/o having to go in to editor, ect.

They are excel workbooks. I have tried to open, download, ect. the links are unresponsive.
