Hi Philis, There is no one from Webshots here, to help us. We are helping each other. The Webshots Top Questions is at http://www.webshots.com/support/kb/We... .I did not see anything, that would be related to your problem. Does your Firewall and Anti Virus programs, accept Webshots, without problems? Make sure that they are set to accept Webshots. Have you had any software or hardware problems, that might effect the desktop? Do you clear memory, at least once a week? I have noticed that Webshots does better, if you clear memory, at least once a week.
You might want to fill out a help desk form at http://www.webshots.com/page/mailer .The more people that fill out a help desk form, the better. It lets Webshots know, that they have a problem. Also, people are reporting problems in the blogs. Customer Service does read the blogs, for problems. The blogs is the only forum, that the community has. Let me know, what happens.

Hi Linda, I just checked the upgrade page at https://subs.webshots.com/orders/upgrade and it is now up. I am a premium member, so I am getting a message, about me already being a premium member. If you are still having problems, I would recommend that you fill out a help desk form at http://www.webshots.com/page/mailer .The more people that fill out a help desk form, the better. Do you mean downloading high resolution pictures? You can re download the pictures using the high resolution button. If you have to replace your hard drive or your system crashes, Webshots does not save the pictures, that you have downloaded. When you download your pictures, that would be the time, to download the high resolution pictures. On the pro shots, you can download the entire page of a section, like cats, etc. That is the big advantage of being a paying member. All The Best, Teresa-

Gary, Did you download the new version of the desktop client? If you did, read the blog and comments at http://blog.webshots.com/?p=1017 .It was released, with known problems and glitches. There may be some help in that blog. You may need to fill out a help desk form, as well. It is at http://www.webshots.com/page/mailer .I have not downloaded the new desktop client, because of the problems, that it is causing, a lot of people. I have my wallpaper settings at "Enlarge picture to best fit the desktop" and "Use Webshots wallpaper on desktop." Check your other settings as well. Something in your PC'S system, may have been messed up. Also, read the posts in other subjects. There may be something there, that can help you. If you cannot access Webshots at all, then contact your Internet Provider (I.P.). It is possible that your I.P. has been locked out of the Webshots system. This has happened in the past. Your I.P. will need to contact Webshots and work with them, to fix the problem. 3.) Hi BB, Are the albums that are disappearing yours or other peoples? The reason that I am asking, is that a lot of people have signed up with "Red Bubble" at http://www.redbubble.com/ .They can sell their pictures, art, etc. Some are just leaving a few albums with Webshots. A lot of them, are leaving their Red Bubble address, in their message board or profile. If it is your albums, it might be a problem with the server, that you are on or even a software problem. If that is the case, I would recommend that you fill out a help desk form at http://www.webshots.com/page/mailer .When I uploaded the pictures in my "Sir Noel: In Loving Memory" album, I had no problems. Afshin, This is from the FAQ section. You might want to look at it. I do not know, if it will help you. Teresa "6. Why am I having problems accessing the Webshots site and/or uploading photos?
You may be behind a firewall, which is interfering with traffic to and from Webshots. Some common ones may be Zone Alarm or Norton Internet Security. If these are not configured correctly, they can cause issues with receiving the full benefits of the Webshots browsing experience.
Adjust your firewall to allow passage for the entire webshots.com domain. Refer to the help file in your firewall software for instructions, as we cannot give specific instructions for all setups.
If you continue to experience issues, disable your firewall temporarily or contact the company from which you purchased it for proper setup instructions."

Afshin, Have you talked to your Internet Provider (I.P.)? It may be something that, they can help you with. Are you having problems with other websites or just Webshots? If it is just Webshots, your I.P. may need to contact Webshots. It may be that your I.P. was kicked out of the Webshots system. I hope that, this helps you. All The Best, Teresa

It may be that everyone receives the weekly stats about their albums, views, etc. I would recommend that you fill out a help desk form at http://www.webshots.com/page/mailer .Do it as a question.
