If you schedule an appointment, in Northern Virginia forget about the technician showing up. My technician never showed up or called me. I canceled a vacation and waited for a technician who never showed up. Concerned how post installation care/support might be, I have I decided to cancel my service and stick to my cable operator who is atleast professional.
